Chef Belcher is a HorrorLand chef at a small restaurant.
He is not the best cook though. He is mentioned cooking weird foods, like a "Grilled snot sandwitch." Chef Belcher once won the 2003 International Chef Award. Not for his cooking, but for his projectile vomiting! His real name is Burr P. Belcher. Chef Belcher is actually one of Jonathan Chiller's disguises.
